Check it out. Real Neapolitan style pizza. The broccoli rabe, arancini, eggplant, and fried cauliflower are all delicious sides. Next time we come back, we'll try the different varieties of mussels with grilled bread or a pasta. The service is super friendly also.
I'm a booster because I want this place to thrive. I was skeptical about the Westbard development, but having this place, the new Tatte, and the improved grocery is awesome.
I don’t love Pizzeria Paradiso, but Piccolo Piatti is basically just a few steps above fast food Italian. While neither is great Italian food, we like the food better at Sal’s and Gregorio’s, neither of which is that much farther (although the Westbard setting is marginally better than the 2 shopping centers those places are in).
I’m spoiled, though, since I grew up on LI with great Italian food on every corner.
