If you have an apron then the only real fix is surgery. All that loose skin isn’t going anywhere even if you lose all the extra weight.

Did you fix the DR? I also have a big belly and a small DR. I’ve lost 10 pounds through diet and exercise, but I have another 15-20 to go to lose my body fat. I’ve lost in my bitt so far but the stomach loss is very slow. I started. Program called Every Mother to try to heal the DR, but I haven’t been doing it long enough to comment on it’s effectiveness.

You need a tummy tuck. That's the only way to fix the stretched out muscle.

You can heal most DRs with special exercises — not sit ups or planks. I healed mine with the Tupler technique which is both exercises and wearing a splint for several months. Now I just have the extra skin (I’m 5’3, short waisted and gained 50 lbs c 3) even though I lost the weight.

Especially since it’s just a post pregnancy body. It’s a reminder that your body was able to make children.
