Plane ticket prices are the cutting edge, but this will spread elsewhere. Ultimately every interaction you have will be adjusted to reflect your status, income etc.
e.g. if you are allergic to peaches you will get a discount while buying them.

I don't see how this is different than dynamic pricing airlines already use. Prices change constantly. People are saying "AI" because it's the current hot thing justifying high stock prices.
I assume they will use all the info from cookies, time of day, location to try and extract as much money as possible from you.
Kind of like how some airlines were charging single passengers more on the assumption they were business travelers.
I expect with some trial and error they will get pretty good at it.
None of these things are new.
Really? You have evidence that airlines are offering personalized fares to individuals based on their location and browsing history? I am sceptical.
Fares change constantly based on already very complex algorithms that do include at least country of purchase location, and possibly time of day- I have seen fares change sometimes over the course of a day when I searched in the morning and it was different that night.
This just seems like them doing normal changes/improvements/etc to the algorithm and dressing it up as "AI" to make it seem like some new unusual super smart investment.
And device. People report different fares based on work dell vs home apple

With AI, they will consider your HHI, home value etc in pricing a ticket. They are not currently doing this. It’s a big change.
