Honestly, a small whisk and spatula (went to a pancake/breakfast themed party for a kid turning 3-4ish). The little whisk is still in our kitchen drawer over a decade later, and is regularly used. Come in handy. LOL.
Beyond that- either nothing!! (ideal) or just something very simple that is a singular item- like a balloon or a ball or something.
The worst is always the “bag of little junk items”.
