OP, if you can't find out via Google you could try calling your local representatives, as close as you can get to where you live (more like town, county than state or federal).

This is interesting and timely. I live in VA. The other day I wanted to weight some produce and couldn’t find a scale!
This was also a chain. I didn’t look very hard. Now I am definitely looking harder when I go back!

I don’t think you understand how checkout for produce by weight works.
