Echo the Hyatt and the Mansions (there are 2 - Sayre and Wilbur). Thai Thai, Flying Egg (for breakfast), McCarthy's, Apollo Grill (my fave). Also love Roasted for breakfast/lunch.
Have lunch at the goose on tour day - it's an institution. My dd is a senior this year and loved her experience. The size was great, secured great internships, tried different clubs (she's not greek), and access to professors was wonderful for her. She is in the business school. Good luck!
I spent a lot of time partying there, it's fun if you have no values. Seriously, it's shocking what kids wind up thinking is okay by the time they're done there—the combination of money and incredible pressure to drink insane amounts of alcohol are no good.
Not my current student’s experience at all.
LOL... well, none of my friends told their parents what they did either.

Please! You make it sound like an SEC school. Kids in college party, but it’s hardly the biggest party school.

We ate at a Thai restaurant that was very good! It’s also nice to drive around historic Bethlehem and see the old steel mansions!
Bethlehem is NOT very nice. It's fine, if you like casinos and sadness.
They said *Hotel* Bethlehem was very nice.
