LOL... well, none of my friends told their parents what they did either.


PP-my kid is studying engineering, in Greek life, and plays a sport. Consistently on the deans list.

My recommendation is stay in a big chain hotel (Holiday Inn Express or whatever) outside of town. You never know what you're getting in small hotels in the middle of nowhere. Had some bad experiences lasts summer.

There's also a blood donation center within walking distance of campus that all the frat guys used to hit up before parties—they pay for platelets and also it gets you drunker quicker.

Please! You make it sound like an SEC school. Kids in college party, but it’s hardly the biggest party school.


It's a VERY big party school. And it is incredibly Greek. Like, psychotically so. Most of my friends who went there don't feel great about their social lives while they were there. They have done well professionally though.

We visited in February. Had a great lunch at Urbano Mexican Kitchen in downtown Bethlehem.
