Pickled snap peas are a good snack if you like pickled/vinegary tastes

Make your own gorp.

Nuts (eg walnuts, peanuts, cashews)
Dried fruit (eg raisins)
Seeds (eg sunflower)
A few chocolate chips or M&Ms (I am partial to the Trader Joe’s dark chocolate chips)

I put them in a small Rubbermaid like container. It doesn’t work as well, but instead of raisins I put in a few dried apricots. Some used ziplock like bags.

Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches make excellent snacks on a road trip or a hike.

If carrots are a no go- sugar snap peas or radishes might work.

An apple, pear, nectarine or in season, a clementine all come with no prep needed. Blueberries, grapes, or strawberries need a little prep

Since it’s mostly plants, you can have a snack that is a cheese stick or mini Babybel AND cut up veggies.

You mean air popping it? I assume making it with oil on the stuff isn’t very low calorie.

Frozen mango chunks from Trader Joe. Lightly defrosted
Perhaps other frozen fruits, too.

Roast broccoli florets
Roast sliced red peppers
Make gazpacho.

Right. Everyone knows carrot sticks are a plant based snack.
