Just starting to develop but no way can she fit in women’s suits. She likes two pieces but modest ones. I tried a bunch of nice women’s brands in xxs - no dice. We then just ordered a zillion no name suits off Amazon in size “13yo” and found one that worked great and just ordered the one that worked in different colors. My 11 yo wears athleta and that would be my top choice if they had any suits by the time 13 yo dd realized in time she needed new suits for this summer. I’m assuming it’s still slim pickings now. They have sufficient padding in girls sizes to provide coverage. Target, old navy, gap, and lands end did not work
My similar-sized 13-year-old found the best options at Target. She wanted two-pieces but nothing too skimpy. Target had a bunch of options that worked, in the girls department, size 14 or XL.
We may have just looked too late but none of the target girls suits had padding on top
