They probably didn’t discount enough for the Mass Avenue location. I wonder if anyone is prevented from buying the homes around it and building apartments. That is what happened right up the block across from the commons though the builder did buy up an entire city block.
They didn't account for the location, and the need for significant interior upgrades, and size, and lack of outdoor space, and what appears to be a shared garage, and the fact that it's not 2021 anymore.
