Funny to think Europeans don’t need massive houses and AC like us Americans all do. Then again, they have more walkable neighborhoods. Although this one is fairly walkable. But for that price? Pass.

Five story apartment building overlooks the backyard. You can't even lay out in the sun without hundreds of people looking at you.

They probably didn’t discount enough for the Mass Avenue location. I wonder if anyone is prevented from buying the homes around it and building apartments. That is what happened right up the block across from the commons though the builder did buy up an entire city block.
They didn't account for the location, and the need for significant interior upgrades, and size, and lack of outdoor space, and what appears to be a shared garage, and the fact that it's not 2021 anymore.

LOL none of you has even looked closely at the listing -- just the photos, location, and price.
Had you looked, you would have learned that the house doesn't have central air. Window units. That's a major turn off for most buyers.

Baltimore City resident here absolutely stunned at this price. I know I know, Roland Park schools vs Cleveland park and everything else but wow. This would be $500k here in nice part of city (yes that does exist).
