Late 50s, currently most glaring issue is deep marionette lines, more pronounced with recent weight loss. Next is probably just lots of spots (age and others I think), light freckles, etc, on my face. Preference for Tysons/McLean/Reston area. Thanks for any guidance.
Why did you wait so long? Like everything was fine up until today? Usually women are at least doing laser treatments and botox in their 30s/40s? Have you always felt this way and suddenly came into money? Recently divorced?

Anonymous wrote:Go to your local med spa and ask about microneedling and IPL laser. Get a monthly subscription and get a facial or peel or other treatment each month. Most med spas have “events” where the treatments will be on sale. Try all this and then move up to neurotoxins and fillers if necessary. Find one person whose work you trust and tip her well and always go to her.

You might need a mini face life. They look very natural now. Don't do any fillers even if it might be the only thing to fix your marionettes. I would wait to see if you like the laser/botox/tret first. It might be all you need. Exercise will tighten loose skin too.
why all the "no fillers!" comments, when my google research seems to suggest fillers are the answer to marionette lines?
Because fillers always look bad.
