Everyone should get Vitamin D levels tested. Mine was very low (menopause) and my teenage son was also low so we both have to supplement.

That's a lot of iron for an aging woman. Senior formulations cut back on iron.

I would take the results from your last blood panel to Village green apothecary to get their recommendation. And depending on how mid aged you are, get a bone density scan.
