Get an app and track your food intake to make sure you are getting enough food/protein.

Congrats!

5'3 and 109 naturally is one thing.
After having lost substantial body mass it likely means lost muscle mass too.

Been on Zepbound over a year. Yes!

According to any BMI calculator, 5ft 3in and 109 lbs is in the healthy range.

That is the exact height and weight of my 21-year old daughter. She is slim and healthy, as she has always been.

Sure, but OP is probably 20 years older.

What a shit life to be on drugs forever.

Do you say that to people with Type 1 Diabetes or people who are bipolar?

Guys, I’m also 5’3” and 109. In the healthy range and have plenty of muscles. People really do not understand how slim we humans are meant to be.

I don’t starve myself, just eat mindfully.

Barely though. And OP would have lost a lot of muscle.

I'm 5'3" and I'm not considered under weight at 109. I'll be on this drug forever and I'm fine with that.

I hope you eat a lot of protein and lift weights. Yikes.

You must not know many elderly people! Most take meds every day, which help them have a better quality of life.

You’re pretty ignorant!
