Relay Carnival I understand. (I am the rare beast who hates Relay Carnivals, but that's my issue.)
Yes, IM is available at every B meet but it’s usually last and very late. By the last week of the season everyone has had their fill of B meets so IM carnival is a nice change of pace where swimmers can see where they stand in IM going into Divisionals. It’s also generally much shorter than a B meet.
