Budget proposals aren't necessarily what can pass in Congress. Congress tends to do their own thing.

SC said Ed RIFs can continue so I would expect them to be next.

Thanks for the WaPo article. So they’re getting their ducks in a row and will roll them out. But who knows when?

Same at ours. The issue is if Congress maintains funding in FY26, how can we justify staff reductions when the programs are funded and don’t reflect the budget request? All of this is chaotic.
