My workplaces have been fairly casual but I'm interviewing at a more formal organization. My guess is I need a suit. Men manage this but they're also not having occasional hot flashes.
Should I suck it up and buy a pants suit and Uber to the interviews to not be sweaty on the metro? It's multiple days, so do I need to buy multiple suits? Or is just wearing a different blouse enough?
Are you sure the interviews will be in person? I’ve been doing a ton of interviewing and only one has been in person.
For that I did metro, stopped at a coffee shop to cool off, used bathroom to touch up makeup etc… it wasn’t perfect because my hair and dc humidity aren’t a great fit but it wasn’t a super appearance conscious place
