Aldi as well, but only for their branded items. Name brand items from other companies can have dyes. For what it’s worth I didn’t know this for the longest time and it never occurred to me things were colored differently.


That's okay - until I went to a farmer's market for the first time in my early 30's I had no idea Brussel sprouts were grown in the ground, on a branch type thing. Learning is good.

Start reading ingredients. You should understand what each word says. Red yellow and blue are literally colors used to dye foods certain colors - the dyes are ALL bad. They are banned in the EU, I believe. The US has very lax standards for food safety.
