Susan Howard can be a place to start - she does virtual if you aren’t in the area or could connect you with someone skilled in this area if she is booked which she may be. She also offers virtual support groups where you can get some ideas. Good luck it can be so hard you will get through this time.

Susan Howard is awful. Do not recommend. She sent me home with the beginnings of mastitis so she could sell sessions at her weekly meeting. Essentially shooed me away and should have sent me to er.
I’m really sorry that was your experience. It sounds like she made a mistake here. She also can definitely have a bit of a dismissive tone sometimes, certainly unintentionally but I know what you mean.
But she has helped a lot of women with complex issues get to the root of the problem. She’s not perfect but she dedicates an incredible amount of time and she has offered completely free group support sessions twice weekly for literally years which is frankly, insane, and more than I’ve seen any other professional do so I have to strongly disagree with the insinuation of her pushing her services which never happened at a session I attended.
