He has to want the job first. If he does, he would be a good candidate.

I always toss his name out there in these threads. I like him. He's charismatic. He has fight. I don't know if 2028 is his year, though. If he wins reelection in 2026, he should focus on 2032. Get his name out there more. A lot of people aren't familiar with him by name, but know him through is intense questioning. I've sent videos of him destroying various Republicans during questioning and people are always like "oh yeah, that guy!" Not great for a presidential run when most people only know you as "oh yeah, that guy".

If he loses his seat in 2026, he could be a fizzled out one-and-done. I don't think that will happen, but GA is wonky that way. Especially with the way they are redistricting again.

I responded on his behalf in this thread, and I promise you I'm not a plant. Does anybody really GAF about DCUM-Politics in the national landscape? I want to win in 2028 and not play games about it. There is a ton of damage that will need to be fixed after the moron-in-chief exits. And we need somebody that will help repair the institution of government, not take advantage of Trump's destruction of it.
