A staff member who worked for CB but no longer works for CB? If currently working with CB, that's a conflict, but plenty of people move around these kind of companies for work.
But I don't know if they can just leave CB with a ream of tests...

If the tutor is bad, if your kid doesn't feel comfortable in the group they're assigned, they don't have any incentive to cater to you because you've already paid.
