Fly to Jenji Island, it’s really nice.
Korea has amazing fast train system, can buy tickets in the station between Seoul and Busan so consider that.
Google Maps doesn’t work in Korea, download their map app, forgot the app name, but you could google it.

Someone else mentioned this, but wanted to also suggest the O'Ngo food tour early in your trip. It's a great way to see parts of the city you might not go to on your own and to get familiar with the food culture so you are more confident for the rest of the trip.
Just back from a first time trip and completely agree!
