5 in Gov for my rising 10th grader. Yea! (Though they recentered the scoring on this test a couple years ago with easier scoring. Grade inflation for the APs!)

Did you check your kid’s scores before she did?

You shared her scores on the internet before she even saw them? Rude.

Yay! I think this has been my DD's favorite class so far in high school.

5 for BC Calc, 5 for Physics 1, 4 for Chem. She's happy so I'm happy.

It's okay to brag a little, and also have some empathy. It's a fine balance, I guess. I have one child who gets 5's on his APs for the entirety of his HS while working his butt off. I have another kid who has a learning disability and works equally as hard. Teach your kids to be resilient, and they really are going to be okay at the end. Bigger things in life than scores.

I posted earlier that my DC underperformed. It's not false modesty. One 2 and two 3s, which is not great. The 2 is terribly disappointing.

Yikes, public school pressure is frightening. My private school kid didn't take an AP until junior year.

And yet…the poster “needed” to flex on an anonymous board which was not asking prior scores (or anyone’s actual score results) by telling others that her kid took AP Calc BC as a freshman.

Unsolicited bragging before 7 am. So these kids got up and told their parents - and the parent decided to immediately post on a DCUM thread asking about timing of release (not scores). Sad lives.

I’ll let you know in three hours when my kid wakes up.

It is, but my DD will tell no one her scores but me. So if I post, it'll be my only time telling them. Sometimes this outlet is good to have.

My private school (no APs offered) kid has self studied and taken two every year. No pressure.
