Maybe I need to eat more junk food, but I have no interest. Have lost 45 pounds so far

Same, mostly. Dr said to be prepared for constipation but I have had none of it. No problem at all. Wegovy.

If I eat unhealthy food, I get loose stools.

It is if you had hypertension and hyperlipemia like I did and a history of heart disease on both sides of the family. I lost 50 lbs. and no longer have either.

Plus, I never had the constipation (or diarrhea) side effect and I've been on both Wegovy and Zepbound. Not everyone has side effects. I hesitated for months to go on Wegovy because of negative posts like these all over the internet. I regret waiting as long as I did because I have had no side effects and the health benefits have been great

Mine mostly went away. I also eat a high fiber cereal every morning and right now a pint of cherries ever day. Drink lots of water but I'm also 2 years in...

I took 1 laxative once a week if needed.

I also had this side effect that did not go away. Used the strategies already mentioned here. Also, I saw a gastroenterologist and that was helpful.

Coconut oil is a lot better than rubbing a coconut itself on there.
