Are you sure? He died in Clearwater. There’s really nothing else there at this point.

Clearwater is close to Tampa which has some cancer centers

Who do you think you are, mocking the death of this great actor, Julian McMahon?

NP and I don’t think that post was mocking him, I think PP mixed him up with Ed McMahon.

They knew exactly what they were doing.

Incredibly handsome. Played the demon Cole Turner. Died of cancer. Hope he meets Prue in heaven.

He was the son of the Australian Prime Minister.

He also played the Australian Prime Minister in the Netflix series The Residence.

Clearwater is a vacation town. Plenty of people go there and have nothing to do with Scientology

Scientologists generally believe in and utilize conventional medical care. However, there are some nuances to their views:
Psychiatry:
Scientologists have historically been critical of psychiatry, viewing it as a form of "mental illness". They may discourage members from seeking psychiatric treatment.
Medications:
Scientologists typically support the use of medications for physical illnesses, but may have reservations about certain types, such as antidepressants or antipsychotics.
Alternative Medicine:
Scientologists may embrace some alternative medical practices, such as vitamin therapy or detoxification, alongside conventional medicine.
It's important to note that individual Scientologists may have varying beliefs and practices regarding medicine. Additionally, the Church of Scientology does not officially endorse or prohibit any specific medical treatments or therapies

I loved him in Nip/Tuck; it was a great series.

I could not find any info on him being a Scientologist plus I don’t think they are against medical care like Christian Scientists.

Yes they are.

Scientologists are famously opposed to mental health care but I don’t think they have the same issues with other medical needs.

I think it's complicated. It looks like they believe that as you ascend in their level system, so to speak, that you have a level an increasing level of control and power over mind and matter (grandiose omnipotence) so physical issues would first probably be seen as a need to "audit". Or try to heal yourself first. Which at a minimum likely causes delays in getting treatment. Their teachings breed denial because a medical model is not valued. It seems like what they do as a last resort or if it's very serious. But first i suspect they will basically ask what you did to cause it.

I think they breed a certain level of shame in being ill.

Source for that? I find that hard to believe.
