+1, but they won't have the whole mountain open. It may just be a couple of runs. That makes it really crowded. Breck also has a really strong adaptive ski school.

I'd look at Breckenridge. It has pretty good greens/blues and opened on November 8th this season. As a bonus, the only women's world cup skiing event in the US next year is next door at Copper Mountain over Thanksgiving.
