Another vote for it's likely permanent and look into wigs.

Well I don’t lose weight if I don’t “starve” myself. If you call eating 1400 cals a day, starving, that is.

I've been successfully using 5% minoxidil foam, taking thyroid medication, and adding collagen powder to my morning coffee.
