I only read short stories in the New Yorker and don’t really seek them out. But I’m really enjoying it! It’s a great mix of stories, including one by a favorite author, Jhumpa Lahiri. Some are funny, some sad, some bizarre or otherworldly, some emotional or charming, and some are classic, written in prose from another era.
I’ve also been introduced to great new authors (to me), like Madeline ffitch, Marie Helene-Bertino, Taisia Kitaiskaia, and Shastri Akella.

I've just got on the list for a library copy when it's available - LONG hold list! Is it good? I'm a former defender/prosecutor so I suspect I will really love it.
