Maybe it should go to building up this country. You know... the country that allowed him to make those 200 billion dollars. He's helping to siphon all the wealth he's made here to go to the third world to be squandered. The problem with these billionaires is they're all internationalists who have zero loyalties to the culture and nation that allowed them to be successful.
