Please share any links to these if you have them. Having her contact his lawyer won't work because she'll run up a huge legal bill for him by calling them every week. He just needs something that puts her on alert that their lawyers and the judge will be able to see all of their communications, which would hopefully inhibit her from harassing him. Ideally, this would be something he could check weekly or monthly so that he isn't forced to endure her random nasty grams or "poor me" diatribes at all hours of the day and night.
No kids.
wtf
Are you his new girlfriend or his elderly mother?

The distance never stopped her from charging up a storm on the credit cards and expecting him to pay them off since she never had a job while married. None of us can stand her. Sorry to burst your bubble, but women can be just as bad as men when it comes to taking advantage of others.

Well, presumably the good people of Virginia like the way the Commonwealth handles divorces, where the spouse who got up every day and went to work has to maintain the living standard of the one who sat around smoking pot and getting her nails done. Heaven forbid that she should have to go get a job to support herself after she leaves him! Personally, I think it's insane that it works this way, but that's how it is.

Ok so why are they still in contact at all? He can block her and never respond to her. What reason could there be?
Sounds like you are a naive new girlfriend believing every implausible thing he wants you to.

Indeed. OP, how old is the girl for whom you left your wife?
70% of marriages are ended by the woman. Just saying. Odds are she left the marriage.
