Op here, thanks for the unanimous consensus! I agree…just checking because people who visit Ireland seem to love it. Sheep and all. But agree Japan will be much more interesting and definitely interesting enough to do twice.

I have Irish family, love it there and the answer is still Japan because Ireland is a much, much cheaper place to visit.

Agree with everyone. 13 days is a lovely amount of time for Japan and may feel long for Ireland. Also biz class airfare is much higher for Japan.

Japan, no question. Ireland is frankly pretty boring unless you are obsessed with Irish ancestry. And they DGAF.

Japan is a much more dynamic place to visit.
