This is a typical lineup with a lot of repeat performers. It is fun and the rehersal is easy!

My 12 year old is really excited to go this year! They call this genre of music grandpa rock and it’s very popular right now. Who knew?

The Beach Boys - I have been around long enough to remember when they got banned from performing for this event.

Well, Brian Wilson just died, so.

Pretty sure this is his cousin, Mike Love - he won the right to use the BB name for touring without the original members. I saw them at the KC like 8 years ago; they were fine but not great. Brian Wilson was a better show (saw his Pet Sounds show)

pretty sad lineup

It feels like the State Fair but without Journey.

That's okay, there are at least two other bands that are missing critical original members.

There's only two surviving members of the Beach Boys and one of the Temptations now. Hard to get excited about that.

Do they still have the free dress rehearsal performance the night before?
