I'm not sure I would want one person, who is inexperienced and likely to quit, watching my kid(s) alone. That's what you get with your "starter nanny."

No. Trying to split time between two crying babies or sleep routines isn’t better.

See the 2 birds thread about what can happen when institutions posture as “high end”. I would not send a child to daycare if I had other options. But if it has to be daycare all I would care about is transparency, vibes, turnover and how caring the staff appear to be. I would likely end up in a home -based scenario.
