No the floor needs to breathe. Drylock on wall and radon system. Put padding under vinyl.


No, it doesn't, according to PE. Drylok on the floor helps prevent Radon and it does not harm the concrete at all.


Bad idea. Get a radon system. That reduced ours within hours.
