Unfortunately it’s just 5K to use or lose each month. Can’t aggregate for larger purchases, but something like a car lease (monthly payments) would work!
Is this real? How would you have an extra 5K a month that is use it or lose it? Are you lower down in the Trump administration and this is your expense account?

Do you have to spend it each month or can it carry over?
If it's use or lose, I'd hire an organizer and get rid of all the junk on the house. Then I'd do various small (5K) level improvements over time. Full interior painting. Redo furnitire in many rooms. Exterior cleaning. Gardening. Fix some trim. Get wood floors polished. Patch hole in roof (but sadly a roof replacement would have to be saved for). I wonder if I could add a bathroom in our basement (like could I pay the 5 k over a few months to get that added?), then add in walls and a kitchenette and bedroom and make it rentable. Oh but I'd need ot add AC so that wouldn't be fun money.
I started to veer into aggregate at the end there - but doing cleaning and basic repair (painting, floors) would bring me a lot of joy, as would remodeling.
