This might be the most unattractive thing to me. I find it so odd looking. I would wear closed toe shoes. My FIL has this and he has to wear giant shoes for his body because that second toe is so long. He’s always stumbling.

Pointy toe high heels are actually designed for the longer 2nd toe.
Look where the pointy part hits in relation to the toes.

Eagle Claw and Greek Foot is what have always heard it called.
Feel bad for those who have it. They often have other bone and structural problems in their hooves also.
