In the US, it should be gray—not grey.

What also bugs me is when people put the emphasis on the wrong vowel to draw out the word, like

"Cuteeee" or "Aweee."

When teenagers started spelling them that way, but I've never seen "frig" before, so it can't be that common. I think fav is stupid, but most teens are stupid, so...
