My husband does this. I assume he is not gay. Just dislikes hair. I know a fair amount of men who do it too (we are in our 40s)

^ PP, I mean my son is not on a swim team or any other sport where this would be an issue.

Mine did a couple times. And then never again.

I noticed somehow and told him he could have one of my ladies' disposables and he took one and used it.

Manscaping is discussed and advertised a lot these days.

I don't read much into it. We are a straight ally type of family with openly gay friends. I don't think this is tied to LGBTQ. Also not swim team.

I’d say you don’t approach it at all. His decisions about his body hair are his business. If he has questions or concerns, let him bring them to you or his dad, or whoever he chooses.
