Veuve is always a solid choice.

Cheeses. I would have some dessert, too.

Sometimes people aren't asking for what they really need.

awww, there are sweet people out there. thanks for this. 🥂

Totally agree on Gruet. Also if it were on sale, we might totally have bought a case or two and have it hanging around for the summer, so cool to have. Given the “surprise” engagement, I think lots of nuts, cheese, and olives work. Having frozen apps that can be thrown in the oven is great, but, honestly, I’d probably go light and then order pizza for anyone who is hanging around for the impromptu party.
Congratulations!!!

Quite simple, because there are far more angry women not in relationships and they take it out on the world when a relationship is being celebrated. They should move over to tic Tok with their kind and let normal people celebrate normal events.

Never in the history of mankind has the bf been responsible for an engagement celebration immediately after the proposal at his finance's family beach house in their beach town with their family and beach town neighbors.

Well maybe he should be …

Aren't you special

How did you learn this info? If he talked to you, I'd text him and ask him. If you found out in some way you weren't really supposed to know, I'd pretend you don't know and make a show of running out to get champagne.
