I am afraid his choices are either feeling lonely (not lot bullied!) or being bullied. Can you try to get to the root of the problem? Is he neurodivergent or maybe you dress him in a funny way or maybe he needs some physical activity to become more muscular? Anything that may help him.

Teach him to swim.
