I appreciate a club/team that uses its entire bench. Because at this stage, it’s about development. Our subs have definitely gotten a lot better and earned their playing time and teammates trust.

Wow, if that is the case, it is very interesting. How is the QoP arranged? Is there an algorithm? Is it subjective? Winning teams qualify based on their records of course.
