But when the Club changes the Coach for your team or your DD makes a different team, you may start to second guess your choices and options after your investing a substantial amount of time and money on this.
I love your point, you are doing the travel thing right, that is the best attitude... but I'm tired of getting a new "licensed coach" each year that stops being effective after the first 30-60 days of the season and there are no more new drills & teaching points.
I'd take the passionate coach who believe he/ she can develop and teach all the players... not the older coach who blames the players and plays favorites.
