I think the insurance folks are trying to figure this out. Ordinarily, they cover vaccines that are recommended by public health experts. That’s an easy way to make sure they aren’t paying for HPV vaccines for 80 year olds and shingles vaccines for 20 year olds and malaria vaccines for people who live in Ohio etc etc. But they actually do want to cover COVID vaccines for people because it’s a lot cheaper than paying for hospital care if someone gets really sick. So the RFK maga folks are putting them in a little bit of a situation here.
Also query whether the manufacturers will make enough if they think insurance won’t cover it or people won’t get it. I assume they don’t want a ton surplus that they have to throw out. So there may be shortages.

Either the FDA or CDC's decision. They say they want to study the vaccine more but I wonder if it's RFK's influence.

The news segment said that only 25% of the U.S. gets a covid booster so I still think anyone who wants one will be able to get it.

The list of medical issues is very long, basically everything. I don't know how many people will want to pay for it though.
