Right! You're on vacation in a beautiful location and this is your worry?

+100.

Which you knew you wrote it, but you still did it. It's ok for your body to look like your body.

One of the biggest joys of vacation for me is eating. Wear a cover up, get swim shorts. But as others have said, no one cares but you.

Enjoy yourself, eat what you want but don’t overeat. Honey, no one cares. A modeling contract is not on the line. Are you looking to start an affair, or secure a third for a threesome with DH? Do your children have scholarships riding on your appearance? At your funeral, if these pictures run in the slideshow, are people going to be holding up 1-10 cards and only giving you a 6? Who the eff cares?

What do you know? NP but when i drink my requisite big glass of water every morning (needed to avoid chronic UTIs) my stomach expands the difference between pants being tight or not. I've always been this way. Small. Flat stomach. It's not bloat. It's physical food in my stomach and my stomach muscles are super stretchy when I'm not flexing them.

At breakfast, order whatever you normally would eat (even if that is just a coffee), and enjoy everyone’s company.

At lunch, will you really be eating a sit down meal again? We usually just order or pick up food to eat on the beach, and often the times of when people are orderig are staggered due to respective hunger levels, what people are engaged in, etc. So easy enough to skip lunch if that’s your normal.

Otherwise, yes to a swim cover up.
