I booked our lodging last minute so there weren't as many options but I think this will be nice! I booked early check-in after 11 am, so we will go straight from the hotel to check-in and freshen up before exploring which is soo helpful.
I've heard about Holland Adventure Park and it sounds amazing!! The only trick is that it looks like it's pretty far walking or by transit; it doesn't look far but somehow I guess it's just not on the lines or something?
My kids also really loved Jubilee playground last time (but that area is ultra touristy and more expensive so we chose to not stay there) but we'll definitely visit it again! I have no plans to go on the London Eye, the shrek experience, ect.
I'm still hashing out our itinerary, especially now that I switched up the lodging. My husband has never been to London, and my kids each have their "requests". My older child turns 10 during our trip and we are planning on doing the "Charlie and the chocolate factory afternoon tea" which would have made a terrific bday celebration but they aren't open on his bday (a monday). I've asked him what he wants to do and he has said that he wants to go to the British Museum & also eat amazing cake (It could be an amazing pastry too though).
I have a whole list of things that we are interested in but the trick is just seeing how it all fits together with such a big city.
Holland Park adventure playground is about 10 mins walk from Holland Park tube station
