Sorry you will be a lonely incel for the rest of your days....intelligent women do not marry men who do not respect them.

No, we do not need a “softer” society. That is exactly what we have now and it’s a disaster on many levels
So what are you suggesting? That we go back to the 50s when men were men and women were relegated to just being wives and mothers?
I know too many women of that generation who got married and had kids because that's what was expected of them, including my mother and my friend's mother, and they had no choice. They were miserable.
I'm very glad that I (gen xer) and my DD Gen Z have choices.

If women aren't really people equal to men in their minds, then they won't be good husbands to them. Why would a woman want to marry a man who isn't going to see her as a whole human being worthy of empathy and care? What's in it for her?

Why are you laying this at the feet of women?! Our society is the way it is because of huge economic inequality. Women don’t control the system.

I really feel for the NoVA SAHMs that have to get the kids off to school before they drive their Range Rover Sport or Cayenne Turbo to Pilates.

This is why Korean women do not want to have kids. They know that they would be ones to sacrifice their lives and careers for the family.
Men expect women to give up their careers to be a mother, but what are men expected to give up for the family?[u] They want their cake and eat it, too.

So women are supposed to just sit home being baby machines, unable to even own a credit card? People certainly do idolize the 50's. I mean, men do.
