Pat dry. Cut it into “fingers” and put in air dryer and cook for 12 minutes - browned lightly but not very crispy, dip into hoisin sauce. Or cube and add to stir fry.


Or try the already "baked tofu" it has a great chewy texture and some are flavored already. TJs has good ones and I have seen them at wegmans.
