It's a shame that more wineries don't offer single serving size bottles.
With the advancements in bottling tech, and now there are good quality screw on tops, it wouldn't be prohibitively expensive to do so with lower and mid tier wines.
Even expensive wines should come this way more often, so that people could afford to buy a nice vintage without having to spend hundreds of dollars on a regular 1/5 bottle of wine.
