I partially agree with you, at least when it comes to regular season games. I'd say that for tournaments, maybe trying to win should be at least
part of the consideration.
Depends on the tournament, local, yes, try to win. Tournament with lots of travel and hotel stay, still think it’s best to go with rotation and equal time.

That explains why their Q of P score is low relative to their win-lose record. Because of the changing roster, there probably isn’t enough linkups to affect Q of P even if they have very good individual players.
