I also have very pale skin and I’ve learned to embrace it. But it’s hard to avoid the “farmer's tan”; i get the short sleeves tan line and then I don’t like wearing sleeveless tops. I’ve stated to wear long sleeves summer spf tops when doing errands, walking, beach etc.

I have pale skin but great arms from lifting weights and playing tennis, and go sleeveless a lot. I find I look good in navy, white, bright teal, and dark brown. I also like pattern if it's like a soft floral or a kind of nautical stripe.

My shoulders get a little sun kissed from tennis in the summer (even with vigilant sun screen use) and that looks nice in warm weather. But it's also not necessary. Take care of your skin, moisturize after the shower, and you're good. There's nothing inherently unattractive about pale skin, and toned arms are always attractive. I always feel a bit more self conscious about pale legs than my arms.
