Why immediate ick? Can you explain that? I am also a cisgender masculine male (very happily married) and platonically speaking or in a coworker situation I would also prefer to be around masculine acting women than feminine acting men. It’s not a sexual attraction thing I just don’t like effeminate men. I would rather hang out or work with women who act like tomboys or act masculine. Why is that ick?

I mean I had a friend in high school who was viciously bullied for being gay, so feminine men being accepted is extremely context specific. There is still a lot of homophobia out there directed at men.

My sister is very tall and large built, played soccer an all that, and has been harassed by people who wrongly think she's trans. That's why I hate it when anti trans people go on about protecting women because my experience is these nuts jobs end up harassing tall strong cis women.

As a guy, I would find the hairy body a big turnoff, and perhaps the hands/feet if you’re not exaggerating. The rest fits in with a certain ideal, “boy with boobs” that lots of guys pursue: think Olympic pole vaulters, sprinters, hurdlers. So shave/pluck/laser already.
