Did Jimmy Carter create the Department of Ed? Or did he end a bill to Congress, which passed a law and created it? Those are not the same things, you know. For MAGA: CONGRESS created the DOE in 1979). Carter did not EO it into existence. And Congress, not Trump, would need to undo the LAW.

From the article:

"A federal judge has blocked the Trump administration from firing thousands of workers at the Department of Education, ruling that the announced terminations were a thinly veiled effort to dismantle the entire department without congressional approval."

Does the judge have the right to rule this way?
We still have a Department of Education. We still have a Secretary of Education.
Does the executive branch not decide when to staff and destaff?

Not when it's a backdoor dismantling of a department. They need to go to Congress to ask permission first.

This seems to be news to you. So now you know.

A judge says, the president cannot ignore Congress, and you interpret that to mean, now people will ignore judges?

For those who want a king, there’s this place called England. There’s also Saudi Arabia. You might like it better there (though they may not like you unless you’re showing up with a very, very thick wallet).

An Emir may suit your fancy, though—how about Qatar? I heard they even hand out airplanes to wannabe monarchs.

I think Afghanistan would suit MAGAs better.

The judge best review the Constitution. He's out of his lane (again).

You spouting "rule of law" and "democracy" every 15 minutes shows just how clueless you are.

Jimmy Carter signed it into law (i.e., which was created by Congress). It's painful how utterly clueless and dumb you are.

I sometimes wonder if the MAGA posters are just trying to make all MAGAs look like morons.

The Department of Education was created by Congress in a law called the Department of Education Organization Act. Several other laws have mandated it perform certain functions and spend certain money for certain purposes. The president is required to follow those laws whether he likes it or not. The judicial branch has the power to decide when he’s not following the law and correct it.

MAGA and Trump don't think he needs to follow the Constitution, so you are preaching to the wrong crowd.

The agencies are tun by the executive. So Trump can't just start up use funds for new agencies. But he can spend less than authorized.

No, he can't. That's illegal.
